Frequently asked questions

Instawork Scheduler is a different product from our on-demand staffing service. Instawork Scheduler is web software for scheduling and managing your in-house staff. Scheduler saves you hours on scheduling but does not manage payroll, like we do we our on-demand staff. We charge a fixed monthly fee of $39 for Scheduler and don’t charge on a per shift basis, like with Instawork Pros.
Yes, your staff is only added to your account for scheduling through Instawork. No other company can book your staff, and your roster remains separate from Instawork’s on-demand staffing service.
Instawork Scheduler has timekeeping features for clocking in/out and keeping track of everyone’s hours. However, you continue to do payroll the way you do today. You can export a total of everyone’s hours to import into your payroll system.
