Referral Terms & Conditions

This referral program is a limited period offer. As a condition of participating in this referral program, you acknowledge and accept Instawork’s Terms Of Use, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

  • The referrer (person who refers their friend) can earn a $50 bonus.
  • The referred person can earn a $50 bonus.
  • To qualify for the referral reward, the referee must sign up using the referrer's unique referral link, and complete 4 shift(s) by July 1, 2023
  • The referral invitation should have been sent out between March 15, 2023 and July 1, 2023
  • If the referrer and referee are from different locations, both the referrer and referee rewards will be issued based on the current offer at the referee's location.
  • In case multiple Pros refer the same person, the referral will be attributed to the Pro whose unique referral link the said referred person uses at the time of sign up.
  • A referrer is only eligible to earn one reward per referred person.
  • The referrer must have an Instawork Professional ("Pro") account in good standing.
  • The referral reward will be paid out to the referrer and referred person along with their weekly payouts for completed shifts, if any, to the bank account associated with each person’s Instawork account. Payment may take five (5) to ten (10) business days from the day the referred person signs up to appear in the bank account(s). Instawork reserves the right to change, end, or pause the ability of any referrer or referred person to receive the referral reward at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud (including by either the referrer or referred person), abuse, or any violation of these Rules, without notice or explanation.
